Sensual Alchemy is a process of witnessing, experiencing, and remembering our inner wisdom as it relates to our sensuality and sexual energy.
For so many of us, especially melanated beings, our experience of sexuality has become entangled with feelings of shame, blame and guilt.
With Sensual Alchemy, we get to metabolize this experience, such that we liberate our sexual energy. By doing this, we allow it to become a potent fuel for all that we desire.
As a result of this process, we get to experience Sensual Sovereignty: embodied love, liberation, and the license to expand the expression of our true essence.
The practice of Sensual Sovereignty combines the the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Tantra and Taoism with modern science regarding psychosexual and psychospiritual healing.
I integrate a top-down (cognitive) and bottom-up (embodiment) approach. Through breath work, embodiment practices, and a knowledge of holistic wellbeing, you will experience a full-body expansion, leaving behind shame and rising to liberation.
